Pl4yace — Terms & Conditions of Use
Welcome to pl4yace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any services provided by pl4yace. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of pl4yace services, you are required to register a valid account using accurate and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. pl4yace will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use pl4yace services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Pl4yace users agree not to misuse this platform for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised automated software is strictly prohibited.
- Do not provide false information during registration or transactions.
- Do not share your account with others or allow third parties to access your account.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security or stability of the pl4yace system.
- Comply with all gaming rules stipulated within each product category.
- Do not use VPNs or any other means to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent applicable geo-restrictions.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice and without any refund of the remaining account balance.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the pl4yace platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed in your account's finance section, including supported local e-wallets.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to limits set from time to time. pl4yace reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security and fraud prevention.
Withdrawal processing times typically range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the selected payment method and internal verification process. pl4yace does not bear any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 7 business days from the date of the transaction in question.
Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Pl4yace provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties. We do not accept liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical issues, or game outcomes.
All content on the pl4yace platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of pl4yace and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without written authorisation from pl4yace.
Any links to third-party websites that may appear on our platform are provided solely for reference and convenience. pl4yace is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
Account Policy, Suspension & Terms Amendment
Pl4yace reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, engages in suspicious activity, or upon request from relevant authorities. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, the associated account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the pl4yace support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
Pl4yace reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
